The smoothie made me full but I have had a lightheaded feeling since. I'm used to caffeine and eating whenever I feel that way. So I have been drinking water in hopes that will help. I don't think it will be possible for me to get rid of soda and coffee....:( baby steps!
I'm going to try the 3 hour diet and see how that works for me. I normally eat every 3 hours anyway so now I have to work on portion control and what it is I am actually eating! Some of the recipes in the 3 hour diet book look good but the portions are sooooo tiny! He tricks you with all the recipes being 4 portions. I normally only cook for myself not 4!
Working at a pizza/pasta restaurant has not helped me these past 6 months at all. That is something I need to focus on as well. I also ate like a total Wisconsinite back home. Not a thing I put in my stomach could have been healthy for me. But my mom's cooking is so worth it! I didn't gain any weight but I can't imagine what it has done for my heart! :)
I'm headed to work all night for New Years Eve and all day tomorrow. YAY! No crazy indulging for me tonight but I'll be stuck around yummy bad food for 24+ hours!
